What if I need more hours?
We've found about 4-5 hours is the sweet spot for everyone at the event to show their smiles but we can accommodate events of any length if necessary! Fill out of contact page or shoot us an email for customized pricing.
Can you travel?
Based in southern wake county we can easily access any part of NC! 60 miles of travel are included in our package. Beyond that it is $2 per mile plus any lodging that may be required. Contact us for a full travel quote.
When will I have my photos?
Guests are able to access their photos instantly from our printer and digitally through text or email. At the end of the event the host will be provided with a full catalog of photos taken at the event digitally within 24 hours.
Can I have photo strips and 4x6 photos at my event?
We have one printer connected to our device so it is not feasible to change the paper out throughout the event to use two different photo sizes. You will need to choose your photo size prior to your event.
What are your payment terms?
I require 25% non-refundable deposit to hold your date and 100% payment 5 days before your event.
How do you create my design?
Once contracted, I will provide you with my vast catalog of banners, greenscreens, and overlays to choose from for your event. We will work together to create your custom logo or name to be included. I will then create a mock up photo for your approval. 2 revisions are included in every package.
How many backgrounds can I have?
